Obituary for Patricia Ann "Pat" Carducci (Mathews)
It is with great sadness that the family of Patricia Ann Carducci (nee Mathews) announces her passing on February 17, 2018 due to complications from a heart attack. She was 81 years old.
Patricia, known fondly as Pat, was born in 1936 to Russell and Bertha of Lambertville, NJ. She was the second of three children. She married Frank Carducci in 1955 and moved to Burlington, NJ where she raised four children.
Known as "Mom" to all her dear friends, Pat spent 20 years working at the Burlington County Health Department. Upon her retirement, she took up a part-time job at the Burlington County Library and could often be seen on the Book Mobile.
When she wasn't working, Pat spent time visiting her children and grandchildren, traveling, reading, and lunching with old friends. In later years, she enjoyed spending time in Florida with Frank and her daughter Kim. She had a love for life that was unmatched and nothing brought her more joy than her family, especially her newest great grandson.
Predeceased by her son Gary, Pat is survived by her husband of 62 years Frank; her caring children Keith, Kim and husband, Robert Bramble, and Randy. Also surviving, are her loving grandchildren Jenna Bramble MacPherson, Dana Bramble, Maryann, Stephen, Mia and Tyler Carducci; and her great grandchildren: Harrison, Richie, Donna, and Jayden.
Services are private.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made, in memory of Patricia Carducci to the Friends of the Burlington County Library,5 Pioneer Boulevard, Westampton, NJ 08060 (www.bcls.lib.nj.us/friends-library).
