Condolence: As the obituary indicates, Bill was indeed a craftsman and an artist. My house, which was built by the artist Lloyd Raymond Ney, underwent a multiple year renovation. Bill’s work is featured prominently….from my exterior fence to a painting over my office desk to several pieces of custom furniture. I believe that the artist Ney would have been proud to call Bill a colleague and I am privileged to benefit from his work.
