Marjorie Pieczynski, 92, of Lambertville, NJ, formerly of Hamilton, NJ and Florida, died on Wednesday, January 28, 2015, at the Hunterdon Care Center, Flemington, NJ.
Born in Trenton, Marjorie lived much of her life in Hamilton before retiring to Florida in 1988. She returned to New Jersey in 2008 when she came to Lambertville. She was an assembler with General Motors in Ewing and more recently worked as a spot welder at Heineman Electric in Lawrenceville. A devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Marjorie enjoyed playing cards with family and friends.
Marjorie is survived by her children and their spouses Paula Davies of St. Augustine, FL, John J. Pieczynski and his wife Brenda of Lambertville and Janice Sieminski and her husband John of Kansas City, MO; her 7 grandsons and her 7 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents Joseph and Pauline Guagenti Immordino; her sisters Josephine Pardi and Jenny DePula and her brothers Blacey and Robert Immordino.
The funeral mass will be offered on Tuesday, February 3, at 10:30 am at St. John the Evangelist Church, 44 Bridge St., Lambertville, NJ 08530. Interment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hamilton, NJ.
Calling hours at the Van Horn-McDonough Funeral Home (VHMFH.com), 21 York St., Lambertville, NJ 08530 on Monday evening from 6 to 8 pm and on Tuesday morning from 9 to 10 am.
