I came across this obituary by accident. I have always wondered what became of my high school history teacher, Mr. Aklonis. He was such a wonderful teacher...he inspired me to major in History in college. I will never forget his New York Times quizzes on Fridays. I'm so sorry, Mr. Aklonis.
