I knew Ty as Marty. He is my cousin, the last time I saw him was 1973, when he was driving a Triumph spitfire. He brought water skies to my father, who had a small boat on Long Beach Island. I was a teenager. Our boat could not tow Marty on the skies, it was not powerful enough. Marty fell over again again on the waves.
These are the memories I have of him. I am sad I did not catch with him over the years.
