I am so sorry to hear of Matthew's passing. Matthew was Acting Director of the Europe Office in the Office of International Programs at the U.S. Food & Drug and I was on his staff. He was very bright, dedicated and a wonderful person to work for. I saw him again maybe six months ago and learned of his fight against cancer. He was in good spirits with hope for the future. To his family and friends, please accept my sincere condolences.
